Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred, PMP certification preferred.
• At least 5 years of healthcare, software and/or device implementation/deployment experience.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent BD implementation & services project teams at strategic customers.
• Lead internal/external program leadership meetings; report progress and metrics.
• Manage risks, issues, and mitigation plans across programs.
• Collaborate with BD Product Platform and Implementation teams on roadmaps and releases.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong stakeholder relationships.
