Job summary

Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a Program Manager IV to lead enterprise-wide programs, align with strategic objectives, and direct matrixed teams across multiple functions. You will drive planning, budgeting, and execution while delivering executive-level updates and risk mitigation.

The role emphasizes stakeholder collaboration, dashboards, and reports for ongoing analytics, with flexibility to work remotely across the continental United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on large-scale projects.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional projects for implementation or process improvement.
• Oversee all aspects of program planning, management, and execution (scope, schedule, budget).
• Create comprehensive timelines and ensure deliverables are maintained.
• Coordinate work of PMs/BAs across multiple workgroups.
• Create dashboards for executive updates and project status.
• Generate reports for analytics post-implementation.
• Deliver training materials and best practices to teams.
• Prepare documents for Program Steering Committees to executives.
• Assess program risks and escalate when needed.
• Proactively manage risks, budget/forecast, and dependencies.
• Provide strategic analysis of potential opportunities.
