Job summary

Centric Consulting seeks a Salesforce Capability Lead in a Senior Manager role. This remote position requires 50–75% travel to client engagements and events. You will drive Salesforce strategy, oversee a team of architects and developers, and ensure successful delivery across Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud projects.

You will partner with executives to define optimization strategies, develop collateral, and grow the Salesforce practice within Centric’s broader consulting offerings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience with Salesforce and optimization strategies.
• Experience leading Salesforce programs across multiple clouds.
• Credentials to influence CMO/CIO on Salesforce best practices.
• Management consulting experience or relevant industry background.
• Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development focusing on Salesforce consulting opportunities.
• Lead client engagements and manage relationships with Salesforce account executives.
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, backlog grooming, and integration efforts.
• Provide Salesforce architecture guidance and roadmaps for solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, admins, and developers on delivery.
