Job summary

Centric Software is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end deployment of Centric PLM for assigned clients. You will plan, coordinate, and drive projects from blueprint through go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to PMO standards.

The role requires strong client management, cross-functional collaboration with consultants and SMEs, and proven ability to manage budgets, risks and change requests. US-based remote work available; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires formal project management training or certification (PMP/CAPM/Scrum Master) preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leading multi-phase enterprise software deployments.
• Ability to manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules per PMO standards.
• Serve as day-to-day client contact, coordinating meetings and milestones (blueprint, configuration, testing, training, go-live).
• Perform risk tracking and change management, escalating threats when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including client staff, consultants, and SMEs to ensure smooth phase transitions.
