Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Product Sales Manager for Starlink Maritime to drive revenue growth and shape pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies for vessel and maritime customers.

You will collaborate across licensing, operations, finance, and engineering while supporting sales engagements and developing enablement materials. The role requires technical sales or product management background and 5+ years in enterprise networking, with on-site work at multiple SpaceX locations and willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business or 5+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage experience in merchant vessels, cruise and passenger vessels, oil & gas, and fishing to identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth, and be able to defend them internally.
• Identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to support revenue growth and be able to defend them internally.
• Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s growing portfolio – this includes pricing, operations, sales enablement, and product portfolio management.
• Support the sales engagements of the broader team, engage with customers, and answer questions around commercial models and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales enablement collateral to support Starlink’s sales teams, resellers, and direct customers.
• Work in partnership with our Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
• Consult with Sales Operations to improve Go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
