Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Product Sales Manager for Starlink Maritime, focusing on merchant vessels, cruise lines, oil & gas, and other maritime customers.

You’ll influence pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue and defend initiatives internally while coordinating with cross-functional teams. The role requires deep product and network knowledge, strong communication, travel ~50%, and onsite work from multiple SpaceX locations in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Business or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure.
• 5+ years in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of Starlink’s network infrastructure to communicate to customers.
• Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues.
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Support integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s portfolio.
• Assist sales engagements with customers and answer questions on commercial models and product capabilities.
• Create technical and commercial sales enablement collateral for the team and partners.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering.
• Improve go-to-market processes for new product offerings.
