Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sr. Product Sales Manager for Starlink Maritime to drive revenue growth across vessel segments worldwide. The role blends business and technical acumen to support the Enterprise Sales team with pricing, product and GTM strategy.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams to integrate new hardware/services, develop enablement collateral, and represent Starlink at conferences. Onsite in multiple US locations with ~50% travel and long-term incentives available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in technical sales or product management.
• 5+ years in enterprise network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage vessel industry experience to influence pricing, product, and GTM strategies for revenue growth.
• Support integration of new hardware and services into Starlink portfolio, including pricing and sales enablement.
• Assist sales engagements, engage with customers, and explain commercial models and product capabilities.
• Develop and maintain technical and commercial sales collateral for Starlink teams, resellers, and customers.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams.
• Improve go-to-market processes for new product offerings with Sales Operations.
• Oversee technical training and development for team members.
• Represent Starlink at global conferences and events.
