Job summary

At Atlassian, Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer will lead technical engagements in complex sales cycles, delivering tailored demonstrations and proofs of value. You will partner with Enterprise Sales and Channel Partners to address customer needs, expand cross-product opportunities, and showcase how Atlassian solutions unlock team potential.

Fluency in German and English is required, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise-level pre-sales or solutions engineering.
• Strong ability to communicate complex tech concepts to senior leaders.
• Fluency in German and English, with ability to present cross-culturally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engagements in complex sales cycles and demonstrate value of Atlassian solutions.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing customer objectives and objections.
• Develop proof-of-concept environments and run interactive workshops.
• Stay current with Atlassian roadmaps, certifications, and best practices in pre-sales.
• Collaborate with account teams to drive transformational deals and align with customer goals.
