Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Principal, Portfolio Management to lead the implementation, adoption, growth, and ongoing management of our Digital Assessment Library enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to large institutional customers across education, healthcare, and government markets to maximize value, retention, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, customer success, enterprise account management, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience managing complex enterprise customer relationships and translating opportunities into investments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary program lead for a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer stakeholders, including executives, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Lead account planning activities to support customer success, retention, and growth.
• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely and successful program delivery.
• Monitor milestones, risks, dependencies, and adoption metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analyze usage patterns and feedback to improve adoption and engagement.
• Support renewal planning and long-term account strategy.
• Conduct account reviews and health assessments.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with leadership on trends and market opportunities for product/service enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders to achieve objectives.
