Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking an Enterprise Team Leader to oversee a portfolio of enterprise accounts and the teams supporting them. You will balance strategic guidance with hands-on leadership, driving growth, retention, and high-quality partnerships.

You will connect sales, operations, and customers, setting direction, prioritizing work, and escalating issues as needed. Strong judgment and the ability to lead through influence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in enterprise sales or portfolio leadership.
• Proven experience leading Account Executives and managing complex portfolios.
• Strong strategic and consultative selling with executive presence.
• Willingness to travel and partner with operations leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial performance and growth strategy for a multi-account portfolio.
• Develop account growth plans to drive retention, expansion, and long-term value.
• Lead executive engagement, including QBRs and on-site meetings, with senior stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Account Executives, aligning performance with business goals.
