Strategic IT Integration Program Manager

Job summary

WiredHive is seeking a senior IT program leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives across corporate and operating units. You will oversee all Infrastructure related projects for corporate mergers and acquisitions, guiding IT Infrastructure, Security and Acquisition Integration programs with PMs and coordinators.

You will partner with business and technical leaders to identify opportunities, manage risks, and deliver on strategic IT initiatives that impact multiple entities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years in IT management.
• 3–5 years of leadership of midsize to large teams and influencing senior management.
• Direct experience leading program management over IT Infrastructure initiatives related to M&A.
• Direct experience coordinating with multiple vendors for streamlined communication.

Responsibilities

• Organizes programs and activities in line with IT roadmaps for Infrastructure, Security and Acquisition Integration.
• Develops new programs to support strategic IT directions including mergers and acquisitions.
• Manages program scope, goals and deliverables with senior management and stakeholders.
• Communicates project expectations to team members and executives clearly and promptly.
• Adapts governance framework per deal and ensures SOX/compliance awareness.
