Job summary

CaptivateIQ is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead enterprise customer implementations and coordinate across Solution Architects, Engineering, and Technical Consultants. You will own end-to-end plans, manage budgets, and drive success for high-ARR accounts.

The role requires PMP certification, strong API and integration knowledge, and exceptional executive communication to align stakeholders and govern risk. Equity is part of total rewards with competitive health benefits.

Qualifications

PMP certification required with 10+ years of project management experience.
Strong technical acumen in APIs, system architecture, and integration concepts.
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle for enterprise-tier customer implementations.
Partner with Solution Architects, Engineering, and Technical Consultants to assess technical risks.
Own project plans across scope, schedule, resourcing, and budget for high-ARR accounts.
Establish strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress and milestones.
Identify risks and mitigate through structured change control processes.
