Job summary

CaptivateIQ is hiring a Director of Project Management to scale our project management practice. You’ll establish PM as a first-class function, govern end-to-end delivery, and drive a scalable operating rhythm across our enterprise and high-volume customers.

You will build a team of PMs, define standards, and evolve delivery models to handle both complex, high-touch and faster, scale delivery while maintaining accountability for outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or program management for software implementations.
• Direct experience implementing enterprise SaaS within an internal delivery team or a partner organization (systems integrator, consulting firm, or implementation partner).
• Experience designing delivery models that work at more than one scale – high-touch and higher-volume, lighter-touch delivery.
• Demonstrated track record of building a PM function or operating system where one didn’t previously exist.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery governance across the full portfolio, from enterprise to scale delivery.
• Build and lead the PM organization; hire, develop, and manage PMs and coordinators; define career paths.
• Define and enforce standards – best practices, change management, workflow documentation – scalable across multiple accounts.
• Design a project coordinator model to support scale delivery with milestone check-ins and AI-assisted monitoring.
• Drive operating rhythm and visibility with recurring delivery forums and health/risk reporting to leadership.
