Job summary

Google LLC seeks a Customer Engineer for Americas-West to support enterprise pre-sales and drive growth for Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions. This technical role focuses on sales execution, commercial acumen, and deep IT/security knowledge, coordinating with channel partners and sales specialists to secure Tech Wins.

You will develop innovative solutions, guide accounts, and represent Google’s platforms to top clients, while feeding customer insights back to product and GTM teams;

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Customer Engineer and guide companies and ISV/Partners in their transition to Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales to help clients understand capabilities of Google's Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions.
• Detail technical specifications and resolve significant technical challenges.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to stay current with industry shifts and drive improvements.
