Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Customer Engineer for Americas-West to drive pre-sales activities and growth for Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions. You will guide Fortune 1000 clients, work with Enterprise Sales, and shape technical validation for major contracts and channel partnerships.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to stay on the cutting edge, pursuing “Tech Wins” and aligning with enterprise IT and security needs across desktop, mobile, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Customer Engineer guiding Fortune 1000 companies and partners to Google Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales to demonstrate capabilities and align on client needs.
• Detail technical specifications and address challenges; work with Product/Marketing/Engineering to stay current and drive improvements.
