Job summary

Flex is a growth-stage FinTech company headquartered in NYC, redefining the rent payment experience with flexible scheduling. The Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships will launch and scale high-impact enterprise partnerships, working with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support and Legal to drive measurable business results.

You will build partner business plans, financial models, and operating rhythms, while expanding relationships with Flex’s largest partners and leading quarterly

Qualifications

6–8+ years in FinTech/SaaS partnerships or related roles.
Proven track record in launching and scaling partnerships.
Strong cross-functional influence and execution capability.

Responsibilities

Launch new strategic partnerships aligned with growth objectives.
Create joint business plans and growth initiatives.
Define operating rhythms to maximize value.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Support and Legal.
Manage and expand relationships with large strategic partners.
Lead monthly and quarterly partnership reviews and report metrics.
