Job summary
Flex is a NYC-based FinTech company redefining how renters pay rent. As a Senior Staff Software Engineer for Partner Integrations, you will oversee the technical roadmap and deliver integrations across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences, collaborating with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, and Customer Success.
This remote role requires hands-on leadership and a track record of delivering end-to-end products, with a strong focus on FinTech.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years in software engineering with at least 3 years in technical leadership.
- Experience on globally distributed teams with ownership.
- Delivering multiple high-impact products end-to-end on schedule.
- Stakeholder management across technical and non-technical partners.
- Ability to drive quality and maintain velocity in a fast pace.
- FinTech exposure and familiarity with major payment rails.
- Experience building integrations with external partners.
- Experience with AWS cloud-based applications.
