Job summary

Flex is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to launch and scale high-impact enterprise partnerships in the core rent vertical. You will shape joint plans, model growth, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results while navigating complex partner ecosystems.

The role offers a hybrid work environment with remote flexibility and a clear path to strategic impact across the business. A strong background in FinTech SaaS and executive communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in FinTech SaaS, strategic partnerships, enterprise sales or related consulting.
• Proven track record launching and scaling complex partnerships with measurable impact.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to structure paths forward with new partners.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder alignment and execution across orgs.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage high-impact enterprise partnerships aligned with growth objectives.
• Create joint business plans, financial models, and growth initiatives.
• Define and run operating rhythms to maximize value from partnerships.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to maximize execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Legal.
• Own partner operations and quarterly reviews; drive renewal negotiations.
• Develop and execute GTM plans with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
