Job summary

Uber is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Partner Manager for our Restaurant team to own and grow Uber Ads relationships with our largest accounts. You will combine strategic advisory with hands-on execution, turning delivery data into compelling stories that drive growth, retention, and long-term value for partners and Uber.

You will work cross-functionally across Product, Ops, Delivery, and Marketing, defend and expand the business, and navigate complex executive-level discussions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic account management or consultative sales within advertising/media.
• Experience managing and influencing relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data analysis and translating metrics into actionable strategies.
• Proven track record defending/retaining and growing an enterprise book.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale partnerships with Uber's largest accounts as a trusted strategic advisor.
• Anticipate risks, opportunities, and unasked questions before partners raise them.
• Translate performance metrics into narratives aligning with partner goals.
• Pitch innovative ad solutions with deep platform knowledge and storytelling.
• Lead cross-functional advocacy across Product, Ops, Delivery, and Marketing.
• Defend and grow the business, manage account health, and identify growth opportunities.
