Job summary

Uber is seeking a Senior Enterprise Client Partner on its Retail Partnerships team to lead strategic enterprise sales and partnership development with major retail brands across the US. You will own end-to-end commercial processes, from identifying opportunities and engaging senior executives to negotiating agreements and launching partnerships that drive marketplace growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years retail industry experience.
• Experience managing enterprise relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder orgs.
• Experience managing commercial negotiations or strategic partnerships with large retail brands.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle with large retail brands, from prioritization to negotiation and partnership launch.
• Develop account strategies and commercial proposals addressing retailer priorities and marketplace expansion.
• Negotiate complex enterprise agreements balancing partner economics with Uber's objectives.
• Build trusted relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across retail.
• Orchestrate cross-functional deal execution with Product, Partner Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
• Expand partnership value by leveraging Uber's platform capabilities and joint growth opportunities.
