Qualifications

• 3+ years leading enterprise deployment teams.
• Experience with end-user device rollouts and mobility initiatives.
• Proficiency with MDM platforms such as Intune, Workspace ONE, AirWatch.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate deployment technicians across multiple project locations.
• Act as the primary escalation point for deployment issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Provide mentorship, direction, and support to field teams during deployments.
• Ensure compliance with deployment procedures, quality standards, and project timelines.
• Manage resource assignments and schedules to maintain project momentum.
• Perform enterprise mobile device deployments, replacements, and migrations.
