Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years' experience supporting retail systems or IT management consulting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience implementing and/or supporting hardware and packaged solutions.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional IT teams and large‑scale initiatives.
• Oversee full SDLC with detailed project plans, resources, budgets and timelines; manage testing, training and deployment.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions and collaborate with vendors to deliver enhancements.
• Ensure timely delivery, documentation and governance across multiple workstreams.
• Mentor IT team members and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
