Job summary

Hightouch seeks a Deployment Architect to own the full deployment and enablement lifecycle for customers, translating complex requirements into actionable plans and ensuring seamless integration with clients' data infrastructure.

You'll lead technical discovery, design scalable deployment frameworks, create detailed docs, and work with Product and Engineering to remove blockers, all while communicating clearly to both data teams and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in technical implementation, solutions architecture, or similar roles with enterprise software.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data integration, APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex technical implementations while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Experience creating and optimizing implementation processes that can scale across an organization.
• Excellence in technical project management with ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with ability to command a room of technical and business audiences.
• Experience working with data warehouses, ETL processes, and marketing technology is a plus

Responsibilities

• Drive onboarding for customers with the Account team to align technical execution with success goals.
• Design scalable deployment frameworks for diverse customer segments.
• Lead technical discovery sessions with data engineers and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain deployment docs including integration specs and data models.
• Develop implementation plans that minimize time-to-value while ensuring robust solutions.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders in customer organizations.
• Contribute feedback to product development from deployments.
• Standardize and automate deployment processes to boost efficiency.
