Job summary

Recognition One is seeking a senior enterprise sales contributor to own a Texas/TOLA territory, managing ~40 named accounts and acting as the CEO of the territory. You will drive multi-stage, high-value deals and lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, marketing and services.

Responsibilities include closing large IT opportunities, building senior-level relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience closing large, complex IT deals.
• Background selling middleware, integration, data, event streaming, infrastructure or related enterprise technology.
• Able to lead cross-functional teams and complex negotiations.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
• Minimum five years’ enterprise IT sales experience.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%.
• US work authorisation without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account plans.
• Win new enterprise logos and expand selected existing customers.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles and negotiations.
• Coordinate sales engineering, SDR, marketing and professional-services resources.
• Structure evaluations and POCs around clear business and technical outcomes.
• Build internal champions who can support long-term adoption.
