Job summary

Vic.ai is seeking a Senior Implementations Consultant based in the Miami area for a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week in our Miami office. You will lead and optimize enterprise implementations, guiding customers from deal close to full adoption.

The role demands 7+ years in software implementations (5+ ERP), strong program management, and proven ability to collaborate across product, integrations, and customer success teams. PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in software implementations, preferably ERP.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, scope definition, and project execution.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize implementation frameworks for enterprise Vic.ai deployments.
• Own the customer journey from deal close to full adoption.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with integrations, product, sales engineering, and customer success.
• Drive go-live execution: project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance tracking.
• Champion customer success and long-term adoption.
• Ensure change management best practices with aligned deliverables.
• Monitor risks and implement corrective actions; standardize best practices with Operations.
