Job summary

Vic.ai is seeking a Senior Implementations Consultant in the Miami area for a hybrid role, requiring 7+ years of experience with ERP implementations. You will lead end-to-end onboarding, guide go-lives, and drive scalable implementation strategies across enterprise customers.

You’ll collaborate with product, integrations, and customer success teams to ensure successful Go-Live readiness and ongoing adoption, while mentoring junior team members and shaping implementation best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, with 5+ years in software implementations (ERP preferred).
• Experience leading complex projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.
• Strong requirements gathering, scope definition, and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize implementation frameworks for enterprise Vic.ai deployments.
• Own the customer journey from deal close to full adoption.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with integrations, product, and CS teams.
• Drive go-live projects: planning, resourcing, risk mitigation, and tracking.
• Champion customer success and long-term client relationships.
• Ensure change-management best practices and stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor risks and implement corrective actions.
• Standardize best practices with Operations and partner-led models.
