Job summary

Vic.ai is seeking a Senior Implementations Consultant to lead complex, enterprise‑level onboardings and ensure customers can leverage Vic.ai’s AI platform at go‑live. You will report to the Director of Implementations and navigate ERP ecosystems, data flows, and automation-driven change while engaging with senior stakeholders.

You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle, design scalable frameworks, and mentor a growing team to deliver high‑quality deployments across diverse ERP environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading software implementations.
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems, integrations, and enterprise data workflows.
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple technical and business workstreams.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into executable plans.
• Comfort working with AI-enabled products, automation, and evolving technical systems.
• Executive presence with the ability to engage and influence senior customer stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable implementation frameworks for enterprise Vic.ai deployments.
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle: post-sale handoff through go-live readiness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Integrations, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success.
• Lead technical go-live execution including project planning, ERP integrations, data ingestion, and AI configuration.
• Identify risks, mitigation strategies, and escalation management across systems and teams.
• Mentor and lead junior consultants, contributing to delivery excellence.
• Standardize and scale delivery by partnering with Operations and partner-led models.
