Job summary

Ashby is seeking a Senior Strategic Implementation Specialist for the Americas (PST) to own end-to-end implementations for enterprise customers in a remote-first setting, helping them start strong with Ashby and achieve rapid time to value.

You will partner across Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to define plans, manage multiple projects, and advise on best practices, change management, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple complex implementations in a high-growth B2B SaaS org.
• Strong understanding of configurable B2B SaaS products and integrations.
• Excellent customer-centric communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel <10% for strategic customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation for new customers.
• Develop and execute implementation plans for enterprise customers.
• Ensure positive customer experience and faster time-to-value.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across CS, Sales, Product, Eng, Ops.
