Job summary

EdSights is seeking a Sr. Implementation Manager to lead large, strategic onboarding across multi-product and multi-campus accounts. You’ll be the main client contact through onboarding, ensuring successful adoption and seamless handoff to Partner Success.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in implementation, onboarding, or customer-facing SaaS roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM implementation experience with major platforms.
• Multi-threaded stakeholder management across senior and cross-functional contacts.
• Change management experience guiding adoption of new systems.
• Ability to coach peers and contribute to team culture.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills with high EQ.
• Project management using internal/external tools and plans.
• Experience teaching or facilitating training to different audiences.
• Experience in higher education CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for enterprise, strategic, multi-product accounts during implementation.
• Own onboarding, launches, and adoption, with a smooth transition to Partner Success.
• Coach partners on change management and ensure involved stakeholder alignment.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks in collaboration with Partner Success.
• Define implementation methodology with Product and Technical teams.
• Mentor Implementation Managers and Associates; escalate complex challenges.
• Maintain project plans using tools like Asana and Salesforce.
• Collaborate across internal teams to complete implementation tasks.
• Excel at time/estimate management and set expectations with minimal oversight.
• Configure automated SFTP integrations and assist with data mapping discussions.
