Qualifications

• Proven record of closing $1M+ annually on large, multi-location accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers in marketing/agency services.
• Ability to manage long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Prefer closing business over building a team or managing people.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle on large multi-location HVAC deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Drive expansion to more locations and services after a group signs.
• Collaborate with strategists and leadership to tailor impactful proposals.
