Job summary

Paychex Deutschland GmbH in the Washington, DC area is seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales professional to drive net-new business with organizations from 100 to 5,000+ employees. You’ll operate in a structured, quota-driven environment and partner with a broad ecosystem of brokers and financial services firms.

You will manage full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through discovery, demos, and closing.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in professional sales.
• 3 years of experience in HCM industry.
• Driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close net-new enterprise business across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from executive-level prospecting through multi-stakeholder discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex Portfolio, including PEO, HR Solutions, Managed Payroll, Benefits, Retirement, Merchant Services.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and a wide broker network to accelerate deals.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through the close.
