Job summary

Paychex is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales professional to hunt and close net-new enterprise business. You’ll engage with C-level buyers, manage a full-cycle sales process, and bundle Paychex solutions across payroll, HR, benefits, and advisory services.

You will operate within defined territories, collaborate with engineers and RevOps, and build a robust pipeline to drive multi-million-dollar deals while advancing Paychex’s AI-enabled platform and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying or complex B2B sales experience.
• Experience engaging economic buyers at the C-level.
• Experience selling into organizations of 100+ employees.
• HCM industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and close enterprise business across defined territories.
• Run disciplined full-cycle sales from prospecting through discovery, demo, and close.
• Build high-value solution bundles across the One Paychex portfolio.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers, RevOps, and broker relationships in a team-selling environment.
• Own your pipeline with forecasting and deal control through close.
