You will operate in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment across clients 500+ employees, leveraging your consultative approach, strong prospecting, and solid MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent required; college degree strongly desired.
• 5+ years in a sales position, preferably in enterprise or HCM software.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills; highly organized.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.

• Generate net-new current client opportunities leveraging company expertise.
• Schedule and present Paylocity products to clients with 500+ employees.
• Prepare proposals and follow up throughout the sales process.
• Document requirements for clients adding functionality.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Build executive-level client relationships to drive feature adoption.
• Maintain quarterly touchpoints to identify additional services.
• Attend trade shows and events to promote Paylocity.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas for territory.
• Other duties as assigned.
