Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Senior Tech Business Developer to drive adoption of Amazon Connect Decisions across enterprise customers in Boston. You will own end-to-end business development and partner strategy, engaging executives and building a scalable partner ecosystem to accelerate growth.

You will recruit and enable system integrators and domain partners, lead joint GTM plans, and deliver PoCs with Solutions Architects while shaping product requirements from customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in GTM, business development, sales, or consulting.
• Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing partner relationships (SIs, consultancies, tech partners).
• Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas.
• 5+ years of technology/software sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market strategy for Amazon Connect Decisions in your territory.
• Develop Fortune 500 account strategies and map C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and advisory engagements translating pain points into ACD architectures.
• Build and scale the ACD partner ecosystem and co-sell plans.
• Develop joint partner business plans with measurable outcomes.
• Run partner enablement activities to build delivery capability.
• Forecast pipelines and close deals against targets.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to deliver PoCs and pilots.
• Create thought leadership content positioning AWS in enterprise decision intelligence.
