Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC is seeking an Enterprise Fintech Sales Executive to drive new business across banks, credit unions, consumer lenders, and financial institutions.

This fully remote role involves building senior-level relationships, managing complex enterprise cycles, and closing large deals with AI-enabled decisioning and lending platforms. You’ll collaborate with product and risk teams to shape go-to-market strategies and deliver measurable growth for a PE-backed fintech platform.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise fintech or lending tech sales experience.
• Proven success selling into banks, credit unions and financial institutions.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute outbound sales plans to generate net-new revenue.
• Build relationships with senior leaders across lending, risk and credit orgs.
• Prospect through networking, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Manage enterprise sales cycles from initial engagement to contract.
• Collaborate with product, implementation and leadership teams for outcomes.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Help shape go-to-market strategy in a high-growth environment.
