Job summary

Navan Expense is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Consultant to scale our Expense product and partner with Sales, Product, and Finance teams. You will help clients implement the solution and expand adoption across enterprise accounts.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in accounting/finance with ERP integrations, and 3+ years in solutions consulting or professional services at a fintech company. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years accounting/finance background with experience with ERP systems integrations and/or month end close.
• 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Implementation Manager or Professional Services Consultant within a rapidly growing fintech company, working with large strategic customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strong understanding of the value proposition and inner workings of the Navan expense and payments solution.
• Apply accounting/finance industry knowledge to implement the Expense solution and help clients realize its benefits.
• Support Account Managers as a subject matter expert to resolve queries related to policy efficiencies, accounting process compliance and ERP integrations.
• Train and up-level the Account Management organization on Navan Expense to drive usage and revenue.
• Act as the voice of expense customers and partner cross-functionally to drive product development.
