Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking an Enterprise Events Executive to own and grow a portfolio of named corporate accounts, driving retention and revenue across markets. The role is field-heavy, requiring at least 50% time in client venues and travel across territories.

You’ll manage end-to-end relationships with executives, develop account success plans, and collaborate with sales, events, and operations to deliver tailored experiences that meet client goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in customer success or account management or client-facing sales/hospitality.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of corporate accounts with focus on retention, satisfaction, expansion.
• Relationship-first approach at executive level; ability to navigate large multi-stakeholder orgs.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of named corporate accounts; build trusted relationships driving long-term loyalty.
• Engage clients to understand goals, uncover challenges, align offerings to success metrics.
• Spend 50%+ time in the field with clients, at venues, and across your territory.
• Onboard new accounts transitioned from Enterprise Partnerships Executives; deliver tailored event programming.
