Job summary

Goodera is seeking an Event Production Manager to own end-to-end execution of high-visibility events in the US. You will lead event readiness, coordinate with clients, venues, hosts, and internal teams to ensure flawless delivery.

Based in Dallas, TX or remote, you will manage logistics, vendors, and site leadership. 5–10 years of enterprise event experience and strong PM skills are required, with willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience managing corporate events, conferences, experiential activations, volunteer events, or community engagement events for enterprise clients.
• Strong project management and operational planning skills with attention to detail.
• Experience managing logistics, shipping, material deployment, vendor coordination, and venue operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with enterprise clients.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the United States.
