Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead end-to-end production of large-scale experiential events across the country. You will drive bold brand activations with flawless execution, from concept through on-site delivery, in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise junior producers, manage complex budgets and vendor contracts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain high quality standards for guest experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of total experience in event production, with 3+ years specifically focused on managing large-scale experiential events or brand activations.
• Proven experience executing complex, large-scale events nationwide.
• Strong track record in budget management, logistics, P&L, and vendor negotiations.
• Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) & Google Workspace is a plus.
• Knowledge of union labor rules, city permitting, and municipal regulations is preferred.
