ADM Creative Group in the United States is seeking a dynamic Producer with at least five years of corporate live event experience to join our growing team. You will work with Executive Producers and internal clients to drive concept development, scheduling, and on-site coordination.

This role requires travel, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple shoots, venues, and crews while delivering top-tier client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of corporate live event production experience.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production schedules and travel for shoots.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with EPs and Producers on event concept and pre-production.
• Develop production schedules, scout locations, and hire crew and talent.
• Coordinate logistics, travel, and on-site management during events.
• Support client deliverables through creative meetings and planning.
• Travel as required for shoots and productions.
