Budgeting and cost-control familiarity.
Operational logistics experience.
Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end event projects from design through close, ensuring scope adherence.
Prepare schedules, resources, and execution plans with teams and vendors.
Maintain client relationships, attend meetings, and document outcomes.
Monitor progress, adjust plans, and manage onsite changes during events.
Support sales and operations in equipment needs and solutions.
Provide leadership to Associate Project Managers on multi-PM events.
Ensure compliance with technical and production standards.
