Job summary

Goodera is seeking a detail-driven Program Manager to join the Chicago team. You will serve as the operational backbone of our corporate volunteering initiatives, acting as the bridge between Logistics, Customer Success Managers, and Experience sub-teams.

You will ensure flawless event execution, maintain precise data systems, and manage last-mile requirements for enterprise clients. The role emphasizes data accuracy, cross-team coordination, and proactive problem-solving to deliver seamless

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Up to 4 years of full-time work experience.
• Passion for social impact and belief in purpose-led engagement.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Excellent communicator across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working with data and internal tools to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate shipping and event data in internal systems.
• Update and manage the central event tracker with Experience team.
• Maintain client context information for smooth planning and execution.
• Monitor systems to track shipping requirements with Logistics team.
• Create clear event briefs for outdoor, kiosk, or other formats.
• Review final event materials for quality and accuracy.
• Act as liaison between Logistics, CS Managers, and Experience teams.
• Resolve last-mile issues related to shipments and event requirements.
