Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience with production-grade code in a large, evolving codebase.
• Generalist mindset with depth in backend, distributed systems, infrastructure, data systems, or developer platforms.
• Excellent debugging instincts to move from reports to reproducible problems and fixes.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the engineering front line for key customer accounts and the Slack aggregation layer.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, validate outcomes with customers, and design features when needed.
• Act as engineering point of contact for urgent issues in customer Slack channels and meetings.
• Partner with customer-facing and product teams to maintain clear ownership and escalation paths.
• Identify patterns to improve tooling, observability, and product surfaces.
