Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience in a large, evolving codebase.
• Generalist mindset with depth in backend, distributed systems, infrastructure, data systems, or developer platforms.
• Excellent debugging instincts: diagnose, reproduce, and fix robustly.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the engineering front line for key customer accounts.
• Diagnose and fix bugs, then validate with the customer.
• Design and implement product or platform features when fast, high-quality fixes are needed.
• Act as engineering point of contact for urgent issues in customer channels, coordinating response.
• Represent engineering in customer office hours and recurring meetings for key accounts.
