You will drive autonomous AI-agent-driven engineering workflows and mentor senior engineers while partnering across product, design systems, and platform teams.

The role emphasizes ownership of frontend foundations and collaboration to remove bottlenecks, enabling faster product delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• Real world software engineering experience at Staff level or equivalent.
• Strong frontend architecture expertise with React or similar frameworks and systems engineering instincts.
• Proven track record delivering frontend performance improvements at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve frontend architectural foundations and patterns.
• Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks; set performance budgets.
• Build and maintain build systems, local dev environments, CI/CD, and internal tooling.
• Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflows and automate with AI-agent tooling.
• Set technical direction and standards for the frontend org; mentor senior staff.
• Collaborate with product, design systems, and infra teams to solve product pain points.
