Qualifications

• Real world software engineering experience.
• Experience with frontend platforms and architectures.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the frontend architectural foundations (module boundaries, micro-frontend patterns, shared components, state management).
• Diagnose and fix performance bottlenecks (bundle size, load time, runtime performance).
• Build and maintain build systems, local dev environments, CI/CD pipelines, tooling used daily by engineers.
• Identify bottlenecks in engineering workflows and automate with AI-agent-driven tooling.
• Set technical direction and mentor senior engineers; review architecture proposals.
• Collaborate with product, design systems, and infra teams to solve real product pain points.
