Job summary

LightTable, Inc. seeks an experienced Customer Success / Engagement Manager to lead enterprise client engagements from contract through implementation and adoption.

You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, co-design new workflows with clients, and drive executive buy-in to deliver tangible value with our AI-powered construction document review platform. Your role focuses on deep client relationships, strategic expansion, and ensuring post-sales success, with a strong emphasis on outcomes,

Qualifications

5–10 years in customer success, engagement management, or consulting at a B2B SaaS/technology company or in management consulting.
Experience guiding organizations through new workflows and achieving executive buy-in.

Responsibilities

Own each engagement from contract signature onward and be the client’s primary owner.
Drive change management: learn client processes, co-design new workflows, secure executive buy-in, and onboard teams.
Define measurable outcomes and build a shared roadmap to achieve them.
Conduct regular check-ins; identify gaps and work with teams to close them.
Manage post-sales relationship end-to-end: usage, metrics, and relationship health.
