Job summary

LightTable AI is seeking a senior Customer Success/Engagement Leader to bring enterprise customers onto our AI-powered construction review platform. You will own relationships, drive organizational change, co-design new workflows with clients and our AEC specialists, and guide them to realize value from LightTable AI.

You will start with a focused set of accounts, designing playbooks, onboarding flows, and robust success metrics.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in customer success, engagement management, or consulting at a B2B SaaS/tech company.
• Change management experience guiding organizations through new workflows and executive buy-in.
• Proven ability to design playbooks, onboarding flows, and scalable processes.
• Experience operating like a management consultant with product behind you.
• Interest in AI and how it reshapes construction, with systems thinking.
• Revenue-focused mindset with ability to spot expansion signals and manage risk.
• Strong relationship-building across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Clear, proactive communication and initiative to engage with clients.

Responsibilities

• Build the customer success function from scratch with playbooks and onboarding frameworks.
• Own each client engagement from contract to post-implementation and be the main client owner.
• Drive change management, co-design new workflows with clients and AEC specialists.
• Define outcomes and build a shared roadmap tied to client reasons for adoption.
• Run regular check-ins, assess results, and close gaps with colleagues.
• Own post-sales relationship end to end: capture usage, track metrics, monitor health.
• Be the voice of the customer to inform product and roadmap.
• Partner with internal AEC specialists to drive outcomes.
• Drive land-and-expand within accounts to maximize retention and revenue.
