Job summary

LightTable, Inc. seeks a Senior Engagement Manager to lead our most strategic enterprise accounts, including top GCs and enterprise owners. You will own executive relationships, drive change across teams, and coordinate with AEC specialists and product/engineering to deliver real value.

This senior role combines customer success, management consulting, and product input to shape workflows, drive adoption, and enable revenue expansion across complex projects.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in customer success, engagement management, or enterprise implementation.
• Experience with B2B SaaS is preferred.
• Construction/AEC domain experience is highly desired.
• Ability to drive executive buy-in and cross-team alignment.
• Product and engineering collaboration experience.
• Willingness to travel for key engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic engagements from contract signature onward with executive-level focus.
• Drive change management, co-design new workflows, and onboard client teams.
• Align on measurable outcomes and build roadmaps to achieve them.
• Conduct regular check-ins and address gaps to ensure value delivery.
• Manage post-sales relationships, track usage and health metrics.
• Channel client feedback into product and roadmap improvements.
• Coordinate with internal specialists to expand account scope.
• Help build engagement playbooks and standards for the team.
