LightTable AI is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager in Denver to own our most strategic enterprise accounts, and orchestrate cross-functional teams from sales to product and engineering to deliver tangible value. You will lead change management, secure executive buy-in, and drive adoption across client organizations.

You will define success metrics, drive account expansion, and shape engagement playbooks. This is a senior, high-impact role with broad scope across regions and teams.

Qualifications

• 7–8+ years in customer success, engagement management, or implementation at a B2B SaaS/tech company or in management consulting.
• Experience owning large, complex enterprise accounts.
• Strong change-management experience and executive stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own our most strategic engagements from contract signature onward, acting as the client’s primary owner.
• Drive change management, co-design new workflows, secure executive buy-in, and onboard teams across regions.
• Align on outcomes with clients and build a shared roadmap to success.
• Conduct regular check-ins, assess whether results meet expectations, and address gaps.
• Own post-sales relationships end-to-end: capture usage, track metrics, monitor health.
• Translate client experiences into actionable input shaping product and roadmap.
• Coordinate with internal AEC specialists and product/engineering to drive outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and help clients adopt new tools to maximize retention and revenue.
